★★★★★ A Great App to use for my clients booking their appointments

★★★★★ Used square for the past 9yrs in my business & I've been happy since day 1! No problems to mention .....&It's easy to get a loan & pay it off with no worrying!

★★★★★ Square has been a great tool for keeping my business organized. My customers love the appointment reminders, and it has cut down on no- shows.

★★☆☆☆ Misleading. More likely to steal your information. It doesn't have an option to forget my information, as GDPR requires. With this being said, to the develope, this is my formal request to remove my information from everyone in your records. I don't authorize the use or third party sharing.

★★☆☆☆ Spent 48 minutes on the phone only to be hung up on by the rep who said "this call is becoming unproductive." I'd argue the entire call was unproductive. I'm having an issue with one client's profile & they couldn't fix it. Kept telling me my phone is outdated. I'd be more likely to believe them if the issue was occurring with the rest of my client profiles. This error is occurring on two different devices so no way both are outdated. Absolutely terrible troubleshooting and refused to escalate.

★★☆☆☆ I used to love this app. My clients are no longer able to confirm or cancel appointments through their end if I schedule them myself, which is ridiculous. That feature needs to be returned, or unfortunately, I'm going to have to use another appointment app.

★★☆☆☆ Rescheduling feature not working for a few days now. When you try to edit any appointment or update contact information via the app it says to update it. I've uninstalled reinstall and made sure it's up-to-date. Still doesn't work in the app.
