Worst company and app. There is no option for return and refund. Their policies are stupid. In every shoe they mention genuine leather but most of their shoes have cheap synthetic material. Saturday/ Sunday they are closed, and they don't even reply, after complain through mail. They take huge delivery charges of approx 200. But don't take the product back even if the problem arises with the product.

Worst Replacement Experience Ever! I ordered a pair of shoes from Sreeleathers, and they sent me the wrong size. I immediately informed them, and they said “we are arranging for a replacement.” It’s been over 10 days, and still nothing has happened! No update, no response, no replacement — just silence. Their customer service is completely useless. They don’t bother to reply properly or take responsibility for their own mistake.
