The fee payment section is a joke. Debit/Credit card section does not accept any cards. Net banking does not show major banks like SBI, HDFC and ICICI. Wallet section shows only Monique.

Very disappointing experience with the app. Report cards are still not visible even after almost a month, fee payment is not working, and there is no response in the complaint section. Right now, the app seems useful only for attendance tracking. Suggestions: Fix the report card issue, enable proper fee payment, and improve customer support and app reliability.

Pathetic. I think this app runs on Kanpur's weather. Every morning it's "Invalid username/password," then the same credentials magically work a few hours later. I paid my child's fee on June 4, and after 40+ days it's still shown as unpaid. For software that can't handle login or basic payment tracking, this is embarrassingly poor. Calling it unreliable would be a compliment. Maybe testing the app before releasing it would have been a good idea.
