I regret trusting the promises made by Sri Chaitanya. They claimed their app would be packed with supportive tools to help with academics, but those features were never provided. This failure has seriously disrupted my learning. The institute's response has been completely unhelpful. With poor app performance, broken commitments, and no real assistance, the experience has been nothing but frustrating.
