Excellent service, ordered their home cleaning service through them, and they scrapped the outdoor flooring clean. The color is back to normal after a decade of the stone color changing. As well as their AC service are quick to repair when it counts.

I am very happy with my first experience with this app. What I liked was that the registration was easy, the user interface was also easy to navigate, and the response time from the maintenance guy (Abu Abdullah, Adnan Sarwat) was fast. No appointments or wait time, it was instant. In addition, Abu Abdullah had the part I needed for my oven, which via the dealership would've required me to wait 3 months for, and for the same price.

It's really worst for app. If you repair anything from them then just forget about warranty. I repair something from them within a month my device stop working. Then I called to call center I called to technician. Before they said we will replace the part but after that till now thay did not give service to me.

Pricing should be standardized to services required. Right now the app prices in an ad hoc way and the last 2 times I ordered a service provider, that provider insisted I pay extra over the already inflated price for no extra work. It really shouldn't be hard to standardize prices and uniform them among your service providers.
