It does take some getting used to. I have no problems sending lots of photos from my Android phones to the frame via the app and via emailing. I added lots of music files via USB stick. The reason I give 4 out of 5 stars is because there is no schedule option, no auto on/off, and you cannot control the frame via the app (including power on/off, pause, volume control). Otherwise, it is a great memory tool.

The app is good, but it could do with a major update. It lacks the option to crop your images to fit the screen frame size. Without this option, faces or objects get cropped off which is rather annoying when viewing. I found that a 16:10 cropping ratio works, but has to be done in a separate app, resaved to your phone and then uploaded to the photo frame. On a positive note the idea is good, friends can add pics to your photo frame once they have downloaded the app & entered your Photo Frame ID

I was given this as a Christmas present. I hate to tell my daughter that it is useless. I can't even connect a device, I keep getting an error message, 420 time out, whether I use the QR code or type in the connection code.

CAN'T ADD AFTER FIRST UPLOAD!! No way to review what photos are on there in the app? Photo and video buttons on phone app do nothing. App on frame crashes when photos are added. Can't share logins across different phones.

GARBAGE!!! Will not let register. Said that NEW frame was already registered. Will not connect to Wi-Fi!!
