It does take some getting used to. I have no problems sending lots of photos from my Android phones to the frame via the app and via emailing. I added lots of music files via USB stick. The reason I give 4 out of 5 stars is because there is no schedule option, no auto on/off, and you cannot control the frame via the app (including power on/off, pause, volume control). Otherwise, it is a great memory tool.

I love SSA since it stays up and running without a Wi-Fi connection and my photos are stored on the frame.SSA has lots of storage for the pics we have, and we actually bought three more for us and four for each of our daughters. Live it!

The frame is awesome it has great picture quality, and you can upload a ton of photos but won't bind with my phone, so I can't add photos or anything else.

GARBAGE!!! Will not let register. Said that NEW frame was already registered. Will not connect to Wi-Fi!!

You can send photos but cannot remotely delete. This frame was for our Airbnb to welcome guests specifically which is super cool but useless since we can't delete once guest checks out. 👎
