First class app. The home page lists all types of medical emergency, and by clicking on one of them you get guidance on what to do as a first-aider. Very straightforward - just what you need in any emergency. I keep it on my phone's welcome screen just in case I ever need to use.

Poor Next Page processing. You have to scroll each page down to read everything. When you tap Next (page) the new page is scrolled to the bottom instead of starting at the top. Could be deadly as you might miss a critical step.

Dreadful advice re CPR. As little use as 111. May as well stuff a sock down the patient's throat, as drop rags or clothing over the airway. No point in regaining cardiac output if the patient is brain-dead. O2 is essential to survival. Look up ”dead space” in your 1st year anatomy and physiology books. This has not been written by an anesthetist. I dread to think anyone is ever offered at John cpr. Fearful bureaucracy. Shameful.

Doesn't work on S24 Ultra apparently NOT AVAILABLE on Android 14 .essential app please update...disappointed potentially life-saving app doesn't work...btb doesn't cover snakebite and general advice for bites is wrong for snake bites.rang St John's to see if they were updating app, but they took a message and didn't get back to me...
