In a week 4 to 6 times I could not connect online class due to showing incorrect password. I already uninstalled & reinstalled many times this app in my phone, but this problem comes many times in a week. This error comes many times at 1st period, 2nd period & 3rd period. I'm using vivo S1 Pro (8gb RAM) and updating my handset regularly. I can't understand why this error comes. Many other students facing this issue, but they can't report. Please solve the app issu ASAP.

Something problem in login, the app must show details of a particular student only regards his/ her standard only. The app should navigate properly throughout its branches with specific and relevant details of individual department only.
