Ticket No.: 92580. I had challenges in account creation and completing KYC. I reported challenges via app, email and over the phone. I tried in all possible ways and done multiple follow up. No resolution from the customer support team. It looks App is not also not stable in Stable Money. If Stable Money is not in a position to resolve customer issues that too related to account opening, how will they ensure the safety of our hard earn money? I lost the hope on Stable Money.

Please do not install this fatiha app. I am being harassed since one week for a request of my fd. Evrytime when I call, they are telling it will be resolved within one day, but one week has past stating this same. This was my first and will be last fd in this app. I wish I can get my money then 10000% sure I will uninstall this app. Customer care also doe snot have more knowledge. Please stay away of this app and pls do not invest in Ujjivan Bank.
