Really like this app but have a question. I recently had to reset my phone and had to restart Stack from scratch. Is there a way to have the app automatically scan my existing photos for applicable items? I know I can manually add them by scrolling through my camera roll but would rather not have to scroll through thousands of pictures to find the random documents I'd like to scan. Is this an option? Otherwise, love love love the app!

Stack is a joke. It captures documents with your phone, which is great. But now you have a document you can access ONLY ON YOUR PHONE as the app is not available on a desktop or a browser. So if you need to interact with a larger document on a desktop, you then have to open the app on the phone and move the file to Gdrive with a "handy" button that should not even be necessary. Get the joke? They should just create a STACK folder in Drive where everything would go at minimum.

Another product dropped and dumped by the penny obsessive narcissist ADHD team at Google. My dog leaves better smelling messes behind. This app like so much garbage from Google was a useless piece of garbage. Takes a photo and turns it into a PDF, so you can't use the photo. Takes a photo of a beer can and calls it a veterinarian prescription. Such genius.

It's automatically adding categories when I scan something which I don't like. When I want to scan in a receipt I click the category I want to add the receipt to and then I scan in. I don't want an added to a new category it's really annoying

So finally google thought to abound this? Now as area 120 have small numbers of devs I guess stack is likely on graveyard 🪦? Google Drive scanner is useless. Stack hasn't got any updates since last year. Google is on AI race to win all slices of AI. We users who used this app and shared bugs report are abounded as expected. Not going to recommend any google apps to anyone!!! Google is the worst company for software livability.
