I'm an airline worker & I gave the free trial a shot before making a purchase due to all the bad reviews I read. I'm in the South of France & the connection with Staff traveler is fantastic! I just completed a 10-day trip in Spain where I was using Holly which had a ton of blotchy spots all throughout the South of Spain. After using up the free 100 MB with Staff traveler, I decided to move forward with one of the plans. Not sure what all the bad reviews are about. Roaming must be turned on.

So many errors in the app and slow customer service. It took them over 1h 30 min to fix the problem, replying very slow and compensation offered was 10% (like 3 usd) for 1h 30 min of my time. Not very happy i gotta say. Please improve that, I think this is valuable feedback
