Been a premium user of Standby for few years, and I recently upgraded my mobile device. Upon accessing the app on my new device, my premium subscription status was no longer active. I attempted to reactivate it via the in-app option, but this effort was unsuccessful. The app recommended contacting Standby's customer support via email. I was highly satisfied with their prompt and effective response, as the issue was resolved within 24 hours. Good stuff 👍

It does what it promises with a ton of options. I would like to have the clocks on the screen changing location on the screen to protect the pixels (although it seems that it only uses part of the pixels to consume less energy and possibly to protect the pixels)

LE: you do not need to pay for portrait mode, but it does say that you do on the very first pop-up asking you to pay. Those subscription pop-ups are relentless. It's easy enough to set up with routines and works reliably but whenever the app starts via routine or any which way, I never see the clock or my calendar, I see a please pay pop-up that I need to manually close - this make the routine redundant and the app unusable. Need subscription for portrait mode🤷

From what I can see the amoled clock is limited to the duo screen only which means the other part of the screen is not amoled optimized. Pixel shifting should be on every single item displayed through this app, not just one amoled safe version. Considering asking for a refund as I don't want to cook my new phones screen. They do have an alternating pixel dimming setting for the app but pixel shifting should also be a blanket setting option for the whole app.

It works for its basic functions, but it's such a weird app that doesn't behave like anything else. Nothing is actually customizable other than the choices of whatever weird preset templates they waste time on. Fonts and colors are all inconsistent. The main settings panel is a page you swipe to for some reason and is forced into landscape because that makes sense? Same with any dark settings, you can't read the settings screen. Only to name a few problems. It mostly works but it's a mess.
