At least once, if not two or three times per session this asks you for precise location details. Questionnaire experience is pretty bad in terms of gatting progress behind medically unnecessary data harvesting, you are 100% asked all the same exact questions over the phone and in person. This is not a health care provider app, this is a data mining app collecting marketing information that happens to be used by a healthcare provider.

Clicking on the address of an appointment to open directions in map does not work. And there is no option to simply copy the address text. Such a pain to do something as simple as route directions.

Trible doctors, mostly not knowledgeable. "I DO NOT CARE" culture at Stanford and Clinics. BUT tons of faked smiles! Customer services in billing, insurance, and appointments want to finish with you, so they go back to their TedTalk! All the time on their phones! A health care with no care! Stanford is the majority of networks. We are almost out of option. No competition, no need for good service!
