About the puzzle: Star Battle is a challenging logic grid puzzle, also known as Two Not Touch, Queens, or Starstruck. It is very similar to the LinkedIn daily Queens puzzle and the Netflix daily Starstruck puzzle, wich require placing one crown/star per region instead of two stars. The puzzle can be seen as an object-placement game, like Battleships or Trees and Tents, and as a binary-determination puzzle, like Hitori or Nurikabe. Users often describe it as an interesting cross between Sudoku and Minesweeper.
The goal: Place two stars in every row, every column, and every region, but make sure that the stars do not touch, even diagonally!
Every puzzle has exactly one solution, which can be found through logic reasoning. No guessing required.

Fantastic challenging soduku-like puzzles: I am really thrilled with this game-the ads are short and easy to get through, the levels are challenging but the hints are great for learning the logic of the puzzle, and you can reset all the puzzles to play through again: because this game is prioritizing playability over profit, im going to buy the add-ons just to support them. Nice job, devs! This game is also color-blind friendly (I play in grayscale most of the time and it works fine)

-Tip: PLAYING IN AIRPLANE MODE AVOIDS ADS -original review: Fine, but too many ads. -updated reply to developer: Cool you released an unoriginal puzzle game 4 years ago. There is no support for saving progress in the cloud, no leader boards, no daily puzzles, etc. Nothing requiring ongoing costs...you simply show frequent ads in hopes to continue earning money on work from 4 years ago. Which is totally fine, but it makes the app worse. Because of this, it's "fine, but too many ads."

Good game, but they introduced unskippable double ads, even for paid users. Playing a 60s game, then being forced to spend 30-60s faffing around trying to skip noisy obnoxious ads is very unpleasant. Ads make it frustrating to access the content I paid for. Unpleasant experience. Update: clicking skip opens a 2nd "playable" ad with no skip button. Skipping ads takes 6+ clicks/swipes. Devs made this app worse this year - not worth playing anymore. Intrusive BS. I no longer recommend this app.
