This insurance company is in the business of cheating people, they just want to extract money and when it comes to settling claim, they provide you the worst service. My sincere advise to all, never go with star health insurance, worst service and people, they don't have any empathy and no defined process go for some branded ones these are cheaters

Pathetic service standard. 16 days after paying premium my policy has been cancelled. Poor response from call center and horrible response from Thane branch. Never by policy from STAR health. Very, very poor service quality.
