STAR Listing Studio is a real estate photo editor and marketing kit for agents. Virtual staging furnishes an empty room in about 15 seconds, and the AI Listing Kit makes polished photos, a 3D tour video, social posts, a flyer and the listing description in one tap.
VIRTUAL STAGING WITH AI
- Furnish an empty room in five styles: Modern, Scandinavian, Warm classic, Coastal or Luxury. Walls, windows and floors stay as they are.
- Empty a furnished room, so buyers can picture their own things.
- Turn a daytime exterior into a twilight photo with the lights on.
- About 15 seconds per photo. Staged photos are marked "Virtually edited". Plans include monthly AI credits (20 during the free trial).
AI LISTING KIT
- One tap: every photo polished, the description written, the 3D tour video, feed, story and square posts, and a one-page flyer.
- On phones with Gemini Nano the description is written on the device from your facts; on other phones the built-in writer does it.
