Felt need altering my review in good way this game has got me through my battle with follicular lymphoma cancer stage 3a unfortunately because of cancer I have swollen spleen and compressed spine but this game gave me strength when I didn't have to keep my fighting my cancer stable for first time since January 2024 when started my treatment doing weekly tasks and playing this brilliant game got me better so from bottom of my heart tha k you to developers of Star Trek fleet command it's so appreciate

Now since the last uPdate it glitches constantly n' all My Mates that play say the same thing. Having to exit n' reload it. I die in the process which costs Titanium. NoW I've 3x's Bought the Gorn ship blueprints 3x's times 10 chests n' I haven't gotten My blueprints! I worked hard to earn the credits for the blueprints. NoW I've Lost them, So I figure you Owe Me 30 Gorn Ship Blueprints n' lots of Titanium for ALL the repairs because of glitches. I spent too much money on ships to reinstall.

**On multiple occasions Copley has been made aware of toxic players that harassed and bully other players via GC and personal messages. Evidence have been supplied on many occasions, yet, those players are still in game. Copley doesn't take these matters seriously 👎** The game is enjoyable, but the serious lag issues are killing all enjoyment. Copley has never fixed this issue, and they do not care to and because of this, many long time players are leaving in droves

Support is so rude you have to open three tickets per issue as they frequently just close it and tell you how wrong you are...........the game is broken --- issues they know about: 1)ships "fly in circles" while mid-combat or stray off visually and that requires a full close/reopen and causes death too often 2)opening recruit chests crashes the game 3) Alliance Tournaments, multiple events, and tons of other content broken, yet they add more new events 4)graphics often fail and turn purple/black

Once again Scopely adds more things into the game without fixing it first. The game is completely broken, unable to load correctly, missing rewards and loot, and now most players are unable to do any of the new events because they are required to buy special crews and ships to be able to do them, and no you can not earn them as most players can't do the required events. Not worth trying to reach out to Scopely as they no longer respond back. I give this game one more year before it's taken down.

DO NOT INSTALL! Buggy as hell. Not even really a Star Trek game. Tech support sucks. EDIT: bugs and lag continue. To make matters worse, Scopely has introduced content and buffs only larger players can access, but then allow larger players to reach down to smaller players who cannot defend against those power levels. Lower levels can reach down about 9 or 10 levels. Higher levels can reach down 15 levels but have the added buffs, allowing larger players to bully smaller ones without recourse
