★★★★★ Very easy to use, however it would be great if it could show a menu of the products and real hours of operation of the stores. The issues I had have been resolved.

★★☆☆☆ Really terrible quality app. It keeps crashing just opening the menu or trying to check out. This app should not have been released with those crashes in there, come on Starbucks, hire a company that can implement better apps.

★★☆☆☆ Can't add money with my visa card, I put mexican address and visa number, and the app asks me to validate the data I put. I can't write my real address because there are only Mexican states to choose from, and only mexican addresse can be added. :(

★★☆☆☆ I've already installed two updates and keeps shutting down right after opening it. Been waiting for an update to fix this for months. I have money in my account which I'm unable to use.

★★☆☆☆ Great app, I order my coffee from the app every day, 4 stars because promotion details never load and I have to search on the web. Edit 3 stars because it is slow and 2 stars because balance is outdated until several minutes after opening the app.

★★☆☆☆ Unfortunately every time I try to sign in it has not been possible. So haven't been able to use It.=(

★★☆☆☆ Can't log in on the app, and it's been months
