Starfall Grove

The night the star fell, the Beacon went dark, and shadow crept into the valley.

Starfall Grove is a single-player action RPG with a hand-made papercraft look. Pick one of five heroes, cross four lands, and stop Umbra, the Eclipse, before every light goes out.

FIVE HEROES, FIVE STORIES
Every hero has their own main questline. They start in a different place, take a different road into the story, and face guardians of their own, shaped by what they fear most.
• Mira, Astralmancer: follow Master Orrin's trail with your fox Tuft, and bend the stars to your will.
• Kael, Knight: an oathsworn warrior who charges in, holds the line and spins a storm of blades.
• Lyra, Frostweaver: chill, freeze and blink through the battle with winter magic.
• Riven, Assassin: strike from the shadows, vanish, and mark your foes for death.
• Wren, Ranger: hunt with arrows, traps and Fenn, your loyal wolf.
Each hero opens their adventure with their own animated intro film, set to its own score.

ONE OPEN VALLEY, FOUR LANDS
Walk without loading screens from the sunny Sunpetal Meadow through the lantern-lit Whisperroot Woods and the frozen Starfall Summit to the burning Ember Wastes. Each land has its own weather, music, creatures and city full of merchants, smiths and inns. Look for chests, runestones, lost captives, wells and campfires in villages, ruins, lairs and shrines.

REAL-TIME COMBAT
Dodge telegraphed attacks, line up combos and use each hero's spells at the right moment. Fight gloomlings, shadewolves, frost wraiths, magma hulks and more, then take on huge guardian bosses with patterns to learn. At the end Umbra waits, using every guardian's attacks at once.
