This app says it's not compatible with my phone. I have a Samsung Galaxy a03s. I don't understand how it's not compatible. It doesn't make sense. I wish someone could explain why. The phone it was compatible with prior to this was the LG rebel 4. That phone had an earlier version of android on it. So why is my current version of android not compatible. The developer of needs to explain why. I don't like vague answers.

While trying to move around environment manually it first spontaneously changed from landscape to portrait then went black, with only a compass symbol in the corner. A message appeared saying App not responding, and option given was to wait or close App. Waiting did nothing, so gave up and closed App. FYI, the App and Samsung S24 Ultra software is up-to-date as was the App and phone has been restarted.
