Home delivery service is pathetic, they deliver rotten and stale items. Above all customer care agent shows attitude as if they're giving all items free, refunds are not provided. This happens every time, and now it is more than a month, refund is still not initiated. To answer your question, all the details are already shared at your customer care mailbox, however there is no ETA on when you will refund money for all the rotten fruits you delivered which normally we don't even feed to our pets.

Very poor experience with Star Quick. I placed an order worth around ₹1,000 on 10 June 2026, due for delivery on 11 June. Even after 20+ days, I have neither received my order nor my refund. Despite multiple follow-ups, I was only told that the backend team was working on it, but no resolution was provided. My money is still blocked. I have all the screenshots and call recordings and will approach the consumer forum if this is not resolved. Please don't ever use Star Quick based on experience.

Out of 14 items only 9 items were delivered in which some items are rotten. I wasted 1 day getting delivery and will still need to wait for refund of 5 items. Not trustworthy app, They do not know how to manage order and items records. They only defaming TATA brand and working like government babu. Please do not respond to me like your doing for others and fixing nothing.
