I placed an order, but delivery is delayed for several days and while reaching the customer care they used to say that the order will be delivered but not solving the issue... worst experience ever faced and no timely response

Order not delivered. Placed an order on 12th September 2026, and still the order is not delivered. However conveniently the order status on the app has been changed to delivered and getting to speak to a customer service representative is such a pain, and they keep repeating the same thing status has to be updated in their back end system, in the Era of quick commerce, it's been nearly two weeks I am running behind them for refund. Pathetic service off late. Kindly provide my refund.
