★★★★★ As a new Resident Assistant, this app has so far proven itself a useful tool. It's a bit slow and kind of confusing to set up, but once I've signed in and set a PIN, things seem to work okay. I'm not entirely sure what all the features do, and setting residents as favorites is harder than I think it should be, but overall I've had few issues and am I enjoying the portability of Starred on my phone.

★★☆☆☆ To quote another user: "this is the single most frustrating app I have ever used." My job recently switched to Starred and I have to say that everything about this app is awful. Not only does it take forever to enter any room inspections, but this app constantly crashes. My job has switched to doing paper and pen while in rooms, due to the time it takes to input the RI's This app is inefficient and should strive for better instead of buying out other competing companies.

★★☆☆☆ I've been trying endlessly to add my device using the camera, but the image is distorted when I try to scan the QR Code on the app

★★☆☆☆ The single most frustrating damn thing I've ever dealt with. I have to have this app for work. But I downloaded it on my phone and entered the code and all I ever get is "an error has occurred please try again". It will not work! And I cannot get anybody to help me with it!!
