The app won't open. It worked fine when I installed it the other day but now says Could not open app. Something went wrong, try again in a few minutes. I did that. Cleared cache, force stopped it and even uninstalled and reinstalled but still getting same error message when bar at bottom has loaded approx 1/3 of the way

We were moved from Joy lab to this, which just had points on a card, it was simple, and we could give it to whoever paid the bill. Now we have to pass a phone around. Also, there are some layers of what you can get vs not - it was quite confusing.

Can't even open the app. Just gives me a Close or Reload message on launch. Have done all the usual stuff and still the same problem. Have given up.

Terrible interface. You need to fix how users enter their birthday, as currently you can only change the date one month at a time, there's no way to type in a date. Great way to ensure only young people sign up! Oh well, I guess I'm 18 again now.

App fails to load more often than not - meaning you can't benefit from it in any way. Too many bugs that haven't been sorted.
