Finally, ! on my rooted device i can start LoopR automatically. I been looking through many Root tools, and for some reason either they would not allow this app LoopR to autostart or would not list it. I guess there are apps which have Boot permissions and those not designated (LoopR being not designated type). Finally.. Just add it and reboot.
