I clicked on S Start widget or app to see what it was. Now every time I power my phone on, I get a black screen and ads I do not want TracFone does not know how to tell me to turn this off. I hate it

Worst Program to ever be allowed. You CAN NOT UNINSTALL - Oh you can try and at first it looks like it's working to, Then that's when you're ready for your phone, tablet, P. C to go back to what it was before this "Nightmare" of a Program fools you, and it STOPS the Uninstallation and Begins the REinstallation. You can not get ahold of Tech. Support to help you navigate through this nightmare. If someone can help me (because obviously Tech support isn't interested in helping), I would be extremely grateful.
