• A boss shows up every 10 sprints: survive Friday 6 PM deploys and Black Friday traffic
• Every 8 upgrades raises the next round: Seed → Series A, B, C → IPO → Unicorn → Hectocorn
• Sell the company and start over to earn know-how and grow faster each time
