Description
Startup Yatra 2023 is an extraordinary initiative by Startup Odisha that spans across 30 districts and 100+ colleges, dedicated to discovering ingenious entrepreneurial talent that will cultivate a thriving startup ecosystem at the institutional level. The goal is to raise awareness among young individuals about the fundamental aspects of innovation and entrepreneurship. The aim of this initiative is to scout and nurture grassroots innovators, empower women entrepreneurs, and inspire the youth to embrace entrepreneurship.
In every city we visit, we’ll organize a comprehensive day-long boot camp. This will encompass informative presentations about Startup Odisha and the state’s startup policies. Following this, there will be an engaging ideation workshop where participants can brainstorm creative ideas. To foster innovation, we’ll also host an idea pitching session, through which students can showcase their best concepts.
The most promising ideas selected during these sessions will advance to the Grand Finale, scheduled after the completion of the Yatra. Through our van campaign, students will have the unique opportunity to pitch their ideas and potentially secure a spot in the acceleration program. This journey aims to provide a platform for young talents to thrive and contribute to the startup ecosystem in Odisha.
