My favorite channel does not work. It says EOC Exceeded, so I can't view my favorite channels that's saved. On my other fire stick it works but not in my living room television.

Horrible. Paid for a full year and can't even use it anymore. They recommended getting a VPN. Which we also paid for and still cannot watch anything. They hardly update their movies or shows either.

The downloads do not work, and they take tons of space. I downloaded the shows, so I can watch without internet. But when I'm out of service, nothing I downloaded will play it just spins in the loading screen. I'm not sure I'll renew next year. Now it's asking to download an update. But when I try to do so, nothing happens. Update: 01/2025 The downloads still do not work. It will either fail or once downloaded if you go off-line they won't work. Please repair the downloads so they work

Connection error/Time out pops up for any Show episodes now! The service is awful. Uninstall of app made no difference.

Ever since you added the speed test your last update, it keeps buffering, A LOT!! Fix this already. It's pissing me off. I'm going to look for another app to run Apollo group on. NOT happy your email does not work either!😡
