Free Content isbvetter than Paid one Worth watching

Tons of ads on a paid subscription!! I thought it was something wrong with my subscription, so I contacted the customer support twice to find explanation but got no answers!! Not recommended.

STARZPLAY accepted and redeemed a voucher, confirmed activation of a Sports subscription (including a stated 12-month validity), and sent an official activation email. After activation, the subscription was disabled. Support now claims the campaign was expired, without explaining how redemption and activation were allowed. This is a confirmed subscription revoked after activation, and support refuses to resolve or escalate the issue. I am requesting restoration of the activated subscription.

I got the subscription to watch the series power, I cannot find it on the app even though it is mentioned they play it
