Highly recommended! I've been using various reference apps for over a decade and I have several that I've purchased. I've been using this app for at least 2 years, and it's the best app available, in my opinion. I like the statue format and the ability to create a favorites list. Recently I had an issue with a particular code crashing. I emailed the developer and got a reply almost immediately. The app was running perfectly in less than an hour. Buy this app, it's worth every penny.

I paid a few years ago for two apps by this developer and now the developer wanted yearly payments for each. The developer furthermore ended the previous apps paid for in an attempt to get everyone to switch to subscription based payments. All previous money paid to the developer was lost.

Well I was shocked to find out that they actually wanted to charge me per state for access to the walls when I was using iOS there were many apps that quite easily provided free access to state and federal laws this app was misleading and not worth the download
