Status 4 – Die modernste deutsche Rettungsdienstler-App, die regional denkt und dich nicht nur nachschlagen, sondern besser werden lässt.

Medikamente, Algorithmen, Scores, Triage, Sonografie und Verständigung – zum Lernen und schnellen Nachschlagen. Schnell, offline, ohne Schnickschnack. Für Rettungssanitäter, Notfallsanitäter und alle, die im Rettungsdienst unterwegs sind.

NEU: VERSTÄNDIGUNG ÜBER SPRACHGRENZEN
• Verständigungsmodus – über 25 Anamnesefragen in 10 Sprachen (EN, TR, AR, RU, UK, FR, PL, FA, RO, IT), mit Vorlesefunktion, Schmerzskala, Körper-Silhouette zum Zeigen und geführten Folgefragen.
• On-Device-Übersetzung – eigene Sätze in beide Richtungen übersetzen, komplett auf dem Gerät und offline. Kein Text verlässt das Handy.

DAS NACHSCHLAGEWERK IN EINER HAND
Von der Erstsichtung bis zur Übergabe – die Inhalte, die du in Ausbildung und Dienst brauchst, statt drei Apps, zwei Spickzetteln und dem einen Kollegen, der alles auswendig kann.

• Notfallbilder & Algorithmen – 15 Notfallalgorithmen nach den DBRD-Musteralgorithmen 2025: Reanimation, ACS, Anaphylaxie, Schlaganfall, Sepsis u. v. m. Mit XABCDE, Abläufen, Dosierungen und Quiz.
• Scores – GCS, APGAR, qSOFA und NEWS2, Schritt für Schritt nachgerechnet.
• MANV-Triage – PRIOR als geführter Sichtungsbaum, ein Tipp pro Entscheidung. Optional mit GPS und QR-/Barcode-Scan pro Patient.
• Schemata – XABCDE, SAMPLERS, OPQRST, BE-FAST+4D, SINNHAFT & Co., inklusive Übergabeprotokoll.
• REA-Modus – Metronom mit Wechsel-Countdown, 4 Hs & HITS, Joule-Rechner und EKG-Rhythmus-Trainer.
• Rechner – Kinderrechner (Vitalnormen, Tubusgröße, Dosis nach Alter oder Gewicht), Verbrennungsrechner (Lund-Browder & Parkland), O₂-Flaschenrechner, Lagetyp/Cabrera-Kreis und Vitalzeichen-Zähler.
• Globale Suche – ein Suchfeld für alles: Medikament, Score, Schema, Rechner, Werkzeug.
• Pocketcard – deine digitale Spickkarte, frei zusammengestellt und als Bild teilbar.
• Eigene SOPs – die Vorgaben deines Trägers als PDF importieren: offline, durchsuchbar, mit Tags und Favoriten.

MY STATUS 4 – LERNEN, TRAINIEREN, DOKUMENTIEREN
• Lernmodus – 228 Lernkarten in 15 Themenbereichen, von Ersthelfer bis Notarzt, mit Fortschrittsanzeige. Dazu die „Frage der Woche" samt Archiv.
• Sono-Trainer – Notfallsonografie üben: 14 Untersuchungen (eFAST, FoCUS, Lunge, Aorta, IVC, Galle, Niere, Gefäße) mit echten Sonobildern und interaktivem Befund-Trainer.
• Schichttagebuch – Einsätze, NACA und Belastung festhalten und die eigene Statistik über Wochen sehen. Export als PDF/CSV. Streng lokal, ohne Patientendaten.

STATUS 4 PRO
Die Kernfunktionen sind kostenlos. Mit Status 4 Pro schaltest du Lernmodus, Sono-Trainer, Schichttagebuch, eigene SOPs und unbegrenzte Pocketcards frei.

Status 4 ist kein Medizinprodukt im Sinne der Verordnung (EU) 2017/745 (MDR) und ersetzt weder ärztliche Anordnung noch die gültigen Algorithmen und SOPs deines Rettungsdienstbereichs. Alle Angaben ohne Gewähr – im Zweifel gelten die Vorgaben deines ÄLRD.

Recent changes:
Neu für die Zeit zwischen den Einsätzen: der Rettungsdiensttyp-Test (25 Fragen, 38 Typen mit eigener Figur), das Crew-Freundebuch mit Foto und der Schichtbuddy-Countdown, teilbar per QR-Code. „Einsatz" ist komplett überarbeitet – Auffülliste, Schichtübergabe nach Kategorien und Notizen, teilbar als Text oder PDF. Dazu der optionale DIVI-Farbcode bei den Medikamenten, ein frei sortierbares Dashboard und viele Detailverbesserungen.
