Try 'Calender Notify' Instead It used to be awesome but with no updates and missing features I decided to find a new one, and found Calendar Notify. Works much better.

Wrong Dates = Useless Installed based on a LifeHacker article, but it doesn't even display the right date for the event. Their G+ page hasn't been updated in quite a while. i think this project died on the vine.
