They really have the worst customer service. I used them for 6 months but had to get ride off them because they can't take care of them most basic requests. App isn't the greatest either.

Scam company. Beware they advertise .4 fees but charge 4-5% without telling you. Customer service is a joke that just forwards your issue to someone else who's unavailable for days. They have employees with egos who can lock your account if you ask questions and say its mandatory by Chase and J.P. Morgan. Also had reader malfunction issues that put me out for a week not being able to collect. Then they slap me with a random $1000 limit...

Unable to modify or delete anything. Couldn't det reader to connect. Not once. They have no answer for that...... Half the time, I can't enter customer details, and the payment will not be processed without it. This whole system is really not worth it. I am canceling.

Won't let me log in. Says my email doesn't exist. Then customer service sucked also, when we called to access our money.
