SOOO HELPFUL FOR ADHD!!!! This app has been so helpful!!! I really struggle with adult ADHD, and this app helps me stay on task without getting annoying during the times when I actually am on task. I'm a terrible procrastinator too, and this helps me be more mindful of how much time I'm wasting. My roommates hear the alarms and look at me when they go off.. Their look they give me when it goes off really helps keep me accountable with my time management. 5 stars all the way!!!

I can't customize the alarm sounds. The app's page on Google play says that this feature is available in the premium version. The link provided that supposedly leads to the premium version didn't work. All it said when I clicked on the link is "page not available". The whole experience was frustrating and disappointing.

Wasn't what I expected In my opinion, this app would only be helpful to keep people off their cellphones. While setting up the app, I thought I would be able to input chores that needed to be done. While in the process of logging myfitnesspal, this app pops up and blocked what I was doing with one of two buttons to push (yellow sitting at a desk working) or (blue frowny face) with no sound. So, if I had started working for the day and got sidetracked with something OTHER than my cellphone I would never have known! Not helpful.
