Works perfectly well without any issues and relatively easy to use. Only gripe is that it isn't easy to see the available balance on a card. Having to log in and find the menu for a card to learn I have to add only $10 to meet a charge is a little annoying. Having both available on the Snapshot (just like the old app) would make this a lot easier to view and manage.

This app literally just became available for download, so it's VERY new. Can't say that I like the fact that it doesn't offer to log you out and close the app by hitting the back button. The biometrics prompt is annoying because it pops up every time you log in until you accept to use it. And some options, such as the "Mobile Deposit" option, are a little harder to find when first touring the app. So I think it's good, but it could just use having some of these minor "bugs" worked out.

App is junk garbage. I have never been able to get on my account even though I type my full social security number. It says it can't find me. I have had a checking account for 20 years. The bank teller stated she put me in the system for this app a year ago, but it can never find me. You know I don't care to type my full. Social security number in every week only to tell me that I don't exist. The app sucks.

App is currently junk. I use it all the time, but currently, It will not allow you to select the date when doing a transfer. It brings up a skinny little white box on right side of the screen with nothing in it. Off to the left side of that box is a single right arrow, click it, will give you a left and right arrow. No calendar. If you click on the date, it will click and kick you off the box. If you mess with it, you can get it to stay on, but you can't delete today's date or put a date in.

Well, I'm trying lol... I keep getting on "authentication error" when attempting to log in to the new app. I am able to log in online. I was verified and changed my password 🤷♀️🤷♀️🤷♀️

My Somerset Trust Bank card App is denied use with this Device -- Why ?
Each subscription will automatically renew 3 days before the expiration date for
the same time period. Subscriptions can be cancelled at any time before the renewal.
