By lonexa, from Google Play“Gym log & workout tracker that tells you exactly what to lift on your next set”
Description by lonexa Written by the developer, not by AppBrain. Click to read.
Open it, log the set, close it. It knows the weight and the reps before you touch the bar — and that your machine only moves in 5 lb jumps, so it never asks for a number the stack can't make.
You buy it once. It is not a subscription.
Everything works offline. No account needed to start.
FREE, FOREVER, NO ACCOUNT
• Log everything: sets, supersets, warm-up sets, drop sets, myo-reps, reps in reserve.
• Cardio too — treadmill, bike, rower, stair and elliptical, logged exactly like lifting.
• One exercise at a time, not a wall of cards. Two big fields, one button; it moves on when you're done and offers to finish when you are.
• Drag a number to change it, in your gym's own smallest jump — never an impossible weight.
• A fact after every set: "185 x 8. Up from 180 x 8 last time." No account, no signal.
• 1,166 exercises, searchable by equipment, muscle or nickname — "pec deck" finds Chest Flys.
• A looping demo clip on most of them — one tap away mid-set, at the machine.
• Rest timer that survives a locked phone. Exact plate calculator that knows your rack.
• Unlimited custom exercises, and build your own plan.
• Your full history, records, and a chart for every exercise — all of it, always.
• Bodyweight, body fat and measurements. Progress photos stay on your phone.
• Import from Hevy, Strong or Alpha Progression — it keeps every set.
• Export it all as CSV and JSON, restore a backup, sync a second device free.
Reading your log, exporting it, and logging a set are free and always will be.
THE APP — $59.99, ONCE
Your first 10 sessions include all of this, free. Payment is required after that. Nothing renews, nothing expires.
• It recommends the next set. A real progression engine — double progression, linear weight, linear reps.
• Every weight is snapped to what your gym can load: your bar, your plates, each machine's smallest jump — worked out from your own log, with no setup.
• It notices when a lift stalls and says what to do — deload, change the rep range, or swap the movement.
• Machine occupied? It ranks comparable exercises, using only the equipment your gym has.
• A 30-second check-in adjusts today's loads for sleep, soreness, stress and energy — and eases off the rest of a bad session, saying why.
• Drop sets that drop: the lighter weight, snapped down to a pin the machine actually has.
• Automatic warm-up ramp, snapped to loadable weights.
• Training blocks that build then deload, with weekly volume per muscle against real landmarks (MEV / MAV / MRV).
• Strength standards for 70+ movements show where you stand.
• 17 ready-made programs — full body, upper/lower, push/pull/legs, machines only, bodyweight.
• Build your own report: filter by date, gym, equipment, muscle or reps.
• Cardio analytics: heart-rate zones, intervals, efficiency as distance per heartbeat.
• Multiple gyms with their own equipment and increments, and machine settings per gym.
• Goals with a date, from the rate you have actually been progressing.
• Couple mode: see your partner's sessions, set by set, never mixed into your own.
THE AI COACH — $4.99 A MONTH, OPTIONAL
Payment is required. Monthly because it costs us every month; everything above is a one-off.
Every number comes from the engine, never from a language model — it cannot invent a weight. The AI reads them: a verdict on the session you finished, a remark between sets, a look at what is still to come, a weekly review, and a coach you can ask about your training. Plain English by default; switch to lifting terminology if you prefer. Offline it says so and answers from the engine.
YOUR DATA IS YOURS
Everything is stored on your phone first. The gym has no signal and the app doesn't care. Nothing you log is sold, and there is no third-party analytics.
Built for a real program — powerlifting, bodybuilding, 5x5, push pull legs, upper/lower, full body. Commercial gym, garage or home.
Recent changes:
Setting up is different. Bring your history from Alpha Progression, Strong or Hevy straight from the first screen, see the engine work on a lift you already know, and choose a reminder on the days you train.
Maxed out a machine? The app now sets up a one-limb set for you — left side, then right — and both sides together count as the full weight, so your charts carry straight on.
Anonymous usage counts are on by default. No training data, no names. Settings has the switch.
