I enjoy the ease of use. Everything has a category, so I can find what I need easily.

If the contact us option would function I would give it 5 stars. Other than that the app works just fine.
★★☆☆☆
I only gave this 1 star because choosing 0 stars wasn't an option. Don't waste your time or money ordering from this company. I ordered an $80 mystery box back on April 1,2023. I understand their turn around and shipping time and was patient. I followed up May 16, 2023 via email as they have no other form of communication, and I was told that my shipping label and order would be printed and sent the following day (May 16) I asked for the tracking information and I never received a response. Thief.
★★☆☆☆
Oh, The app works fine, BUT the website is now scamming people. Read the reviews for this site (not the in store reviews, the online store reviews In 2023) No one has gotten any of their stuff, especially lounge fly items. No customer service and they delete negative comments hard! I was waiting 7 months before I called my credit card company because stella rae "doesn't do refunds" even though they also don't ship out anything! The lounge fly community is screaming SHAME ON STELLA RAE, SCAM!
