Transferred 2.5 XLM to my wallet address on stelllarport, account won't verify as it doesn't receive the XLM even though I can see it on chain at the correct address! I think this application is a scam.

Beside the App sucks. I lost 30k using this platform. I bought Doge-token and stellarport.io decided to stop the trade of all doget assets without warning. At the time I had 30k invested with a limit order. Since they locked all accounts, there was no way to cancel the order. The asset retraced and I lost 90%. To this day I still can't recover the remaining 10%. I reached out to stellarport.io with over a dozen emails without response. Stay away from stellarport.io.
