Step Counter Pedometer・Stride

Stride counts your steps in the background using your phone's own sensor — no GPS, no
wearable, no account to create. Put your phone in a pocket and it just counts.

It also keeps the rest of your day in one place: water, weight, resting pulse and blood
pressure, each with its own history and chart.

STEP COUNTING
• Runs in the background from the built-in step sensor
• No GPS, so it is easy on the battery
• Adjustable sensitivity for phones without a hardware step sensor
• Pause, resume or reset whenever you like
• Forgot your phone? Add the steps you missed for any hour of the day

TRENDS AND REPORTS
• Steps, calories, distance and active time
• Day, week, month and year views
• Busiest and quietest day, longest streak, goal days reached
• Comparison against the previous period

WATER
• One tap logs a glass, in millilitres or fluid ounces
• Reminders on the interval you choose, between the hours you choose
• History with best streak, average frequency and your biggest day

• BMI with the standard healthy-weight bands

HEART RATE
• Measure your resting pulse with the camera and flash
