Great addition to the pinball gaming system/community but the app is clunky. It would be dope to have easier access to faq's and game rules for the machines. Also, it would be cool if there was a way to compare your recent scores in an area to other players in that area. Lastly, a "Friends" function should be easier to access.

I downloaded the new app, and it looks like stern gave the app an ID that doesn't match the web app, so it won't recognize my google saved passwords. As a result of Google failing to log me in with the correct credentials, stern locked my account. I changed my password on the account and it didn't reset my locked account, so now I am simply locked out until when? Stern doesn't tell you and they don't even bother to notify you. The future of pinball is in stern's hands, I hope you guys work this out.

As if pinball isn't fun enough, this app will give you a much deeper experience playing a Stern pinball. It's so much fun earning badges and seeing your progress. A must-have for Stern pinball players!!

App will NOT remember you. Every other time your screen turns off you'll have to log in again. Super annoying to do every time you switch machines. Awful. Really takes all the fun out of pinball night.

This app changed my QR code which I had saved on my phone, and now I was removed from my home team. The pinball machine then crashed when I tried to re-add.

App is horrible, does not save your email or password, and you have to manually input it every time. Guess what, im not doing that. Insider Connected is awesome, just have to use an internet browser, so you can sign in easy like a modern piece of technology. Unfortunate for this app, as the system is really cool. I'm not sure why they need so much security to protect a meaningless high score and some valueless achievements.
