I have only be on here for 4 weeks, but am happy with all the tools M3 has provided me in order to become the best me I can be. The app tracks my macros, exercise, and sleep, among other things. The group supports each other and the weekly Zoom calls with Steve & group are invaluable. I have lost 11.5 lbs so far and am slowly getting back into exercise. I have osteoarthritis among some other issues that limit me, but I'm not giving up. Never Give Up-Never Surrender!

Steve's program of $300 is out of my budget. I selected the $49 membership which gives you access to this app. It has areas of topics that you can input your own progress, a recipe section and a chat room of people complaining daily of their own lives. Limited fitness chats. It has exercise videos not with Steve as the instructor. He does a zoom with us on Sunday. No individual training plan, never got my macro's or guidance. You're just paying $49 to use this app alone. I didn't lose a pound.

Total fraud. You never get to interact with Steve. Been trying to get a refund. About to report this to FTC and BBB.
