So far looks good but will be testing it over time. Not to sure if it's a feature but would be nice if it could notify me once a battery is full, so I can put another on charge? Would just be that extra touch to give people a reason the get the app downloaded. So nice having dealer details and buying date and warranty date all in one place next to the item!!

Useful but so slow to sync. Good app for asset monitoring e.g. the battery cycles (built in obsolescence mmm maybe?) charge levels on batteries and somewhat useful for maintenance programs for chainsaws etc. But it's so painfully slow to sync. Tried updating the app and turning off all other Bluetooth in the area to try to improve alas no success. Fix the speed and the rating goes up. Tired of waiting, reseting app and inaccurate information e.g. battery full charged displaying 60% on the app.

If I know what I know now after using the products and app I would not have even considered this option. The battery life of the smart connect is not good at all and the app does not alow you to load non stihl products, so what's the point to give you the option to load none stihl products? Nothing have improved since my last review, so they are also not interested in improving there app

Started to use this app last year. Connection to sensors and recorded running hours was always a bit random, but generally caught up eventually. This year no connection at all and app would not log me in. Turned out the account I had been using no longer existed - I've had to create a new one and now go through the process of re-registering sensors. I therefore presume historic running hours will have also been lost... Not impressed.
