Frustrating! Paid for the 3-month premium signals, all for it to still be locked. The money was taken from my account, but I can't use the features I paid for. Very upsetting!

Just downloaded and love the screeners. BUT very disappointed in the premium option I just bought. I did a year upfront for the stock analysis and as soon as I saw the analysis I thought "this is it?". Then, they ask you for ANOTHER premium service to use the chart tools for an even higher price. Really feel like I got ripped off and the premium services should have been bundled or explained better.
