I have been using Stocko for more than a year but time to move to other platform. They do not even have to invent, just follow what is available on other platforms like Zeroth. 1. Instant payout - people can use more money as they can withdraw next day. 2. App freezing. I want to place SL, but it takes upto 1 min to place. 3. I placed AMO order on 16 Jan as I was busy at market opening, but it got rejected at Market open as instrument not traded. Checked after 2 h, I missed out on huge profit

The broker is best broker to me. Customer may get always help from them. Only one problem, sometimes the mobile app becomes slow and stop refresh stocks price. When Market is volatile you may lose your capital due to system lag.

It was a very bad experience with the system, I am an old investor from 2018, but now facing very glitches relating 1) login issue & holding not showing many times. 2) recently asked for a commodity segment activation the reply with kyc required while I proceed for kyc the account opening link is given for kyc instead of update form or only kyc form3) I thought something was wrong while doing kyc because the broker replied by mail for kyc for different reasons which actually don successfully.

Margin calculator is still not available after so much complain.if you provide margin in delivery then why not you provide the options to know how much margin we need to buy the shares in NRML.
