Description

Questa app unica nel suo genere affronta il disturbo ossessivo compulsivo con gli strumenti della terapia cognitivo comportamentale. L'applicazione raccoglie i diari di self report, con strumenti di psico-educazione e tecniche per costruire una gerarchia di stimoli per un programma di esposizione.
Sono presenti tracce audio per la Mindfulness e alcuni consigli su come effettuare una corretta respirazione addominale durante le esposizioni.

La app che verrà periodicamente aggiornata e ampliata, è il primo esperimento tutto italiano per aiutare i pazienti affetti da questa grave patologia nella lotta contro il loro disturbo.
