This app has definitely helped me hold myself accountable as well as helped motivate me to remain in cessation of nicotine. I like being able to see my progress and remind myself how far I've come. I'm at 13 months, no smoking.

I would have needed an option to note when I have a cigarette relapse even in my quest to stop instead of starting from zero as opposed to the quit slowly monitoring number of relapse cigarettes smoked would help me know if am I making progress and also help me know the times I relapse and reasons why.

Ads, ads, ads, ads, freaking ads! This app helps you quit smoking but then annoys you enough to start again. Smh

The UI is not intuitive and there's SO many ADs that you can't just close, you have to watch them. I was given an AD every time I clicked anything in the app and finally gave up trying to set it up and uninstalled because it was frustrating and actually made me want a cigarette.

After seven years the app just deleted my tracking progress with no warning at all. It was good, but if you have no trust that it will keep tracking your progress, than it becomes worthless.

1 week smoke-free and the app has been fun and helpful. But it has now become just an annoying ad to make you download other dumb game apps. I had to uninstall.
