Perfect app except one thing. You can still open reel by long push on them on recommendation page. But honestly I've been using the app for quite long and even if this long push button abuse works its still not the same as scrolling and I get out of Instagram pretty quick and on other platforms there's no such thing. So 10/10 my life quality got better, and I'm finally watching long videos that I've been procrastinating and playing games

Works really well for YouTube and Instagram Reels! Doesn't stop the Instagram home page though, so I use in conjunction with wall habit. If you want to stop doom scrolling download this now.

I really like the app but for me personally after some time the spp stops blocking reels for som reason I tried following the steps mentioned in app, but it still won't work so every time it happens I have to delete it and reinstall it again to work normally again

The app is good but have some loopholes. 1)if you use browser like I use brave and watch YouTube if I open the reels it will allow me to watch it. 2)on Instagram if I open threw the app and open a post on like float it still saw me the reel 3)reels and post still visible dume scroll isn't only reels also the post that open on explore mode is sometimes addictive. In general, you have so many holes in this app that slightly addiction can bypass it I find several ways💨

Perfect app for stopping me scrolling, but the problem is its blocked Facebook feed update. ! So after 10 minutes of use, I have to uninstall it for Facebook new feeds.
