Great management app for my operation when I'm away from the store. Simple interface for sales report, and I even get to control the menu availability for my café during peak hour.

I thought store hub is a reliable pos system but it DISAPPOINT me so MUCH. Starting from the apps' manager, it always logs out for no reason, and I always have to log in. Whenever I want to close a product that is already sold out, I have to press it so many times and refresh it so many times. And somehow customer are still able to order that product, which makes it so inconvenient that I have to ask the customer to change order. Please do something instead of doing lots of stupid marketing

This is our seven years with Store Hub, but we became more and more frustrated over time with their policies and service standard! We bought another new hardware for RM2,200 but on the very same week you had a promotion at around RM500! This is how you treat your loyal customer! Now I realize that the hardware and software would be totally useless when the license expired. This is Store Hub success story?

Please update to show shift live report and daily report at the same time. Hard for us to monitor real time sale. Every time we want information, we have to deduct sales before shop open.
