Earning your reward points upon purchases? Easy!
Simply become a member of the selected merchant by clicking the “JOIN” button, then “Agree” with the merchants’ Terms & Conditions. Last but not least, don’t forget to follow the “points-earning” procedures, which might differ from merchants (stated at EACH merchants’ description session) and shall be explained to you in the next session :)
2 ways to earn reward points!
via Scanning QR code ．Scan the QR code printed on your purchase receipt. (If no code is found, just ask any of the friendly staff for one!)
via Presenting your Members Identity ．Present your “Membership QR code” / “Mobile phone no.” to the cashier when ordering.
To Redeem Coupons with your reward points? Sure!
．Select the merchant & proceed to the merchant page; ．Click the “Redeemable” session & browse for your rewards; ．Select the coupon & click “Redeem”; ．Your redeemed coupon shall now be available at “My Wallet” session!
Using the redeemed Coupons at store? No Problem!
Present your digital coupon to the friendly staff / cashier when placing order, they shall be happy to assist you with it!

C H E A T ! This app cheats. I have been using it for more than 2 years, storing points from my favorite stores. Just about a month ago, all my points in Minoan store disappeared out of a sudden. I was having some 1600 points which took me HK$1,600 to accumulate since August 2019. No warning nor notice was received but the Ninoen store just told me that they no longer use this app and hence, all my points were gone! I couldn't believe it. It was a robbery! It cheats!

Language and account? Why can't this app automatically detect my language? This is so stupid! Why does it need access to my phone to start the app? Why do I have to create an account to do something? That's all so annoying and unnecessary!
