I can't generate any illustrations without credits, but I can't figure out how to add credits to my account. I also don't feel comfortable spending money when I can't even see an example of what this illustrator might produce.

Don't waste your time with it, forces to make account to do anything, and then you realize you couldn't do anything as you have 0 credits. This model even miserable than monthly fees is just everywhere in AI. But they didn't even bother with giving free credits to even test it out.
